Privacy

Clear about your data.

This notice explains what information 92 Design receives through this website and how it is handled.

01

Information collected

The contact form asks for your name, business name, email address, telephone number, the type of help required and a short message. The same information may be received when you contact 92 Design directly by email or telephone.

02

How it is used

This information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work, provide requested services and retain an appropriate record of business correspondence. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

03

Service providers

The website is hosted using Vercel. Contact-form submissions are transmitted using EmailJS so the enquiry can reach 92 Design. Those providers process limited technical or form data as part of delivering their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

04

Analytics and campaign attribution

US campaign pages may retain source and campaign parameters for the current browser session so an enquiry can be attributed correctly. Google Analytics may also be used to measure page visits and consultation activity when enabled. 92 Design does not use this information to expose personal details in campaign URLs.

05

Retention

Enquiry and client correspondence is kept only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for responding, providing services, maintaining business records or meeting applicable legal obligations. Unneeded information is deleted securely.

06

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
